iOS Location Services

The DA2 receiver can be used with any iOS location-enabled app. In this workflow, the DA2 is connected to the iOS device, and location information is sent directly to the iOS Location Service. Trimble Mobile Manager can be used to configure real-time corrections.

GNSS output transformation parameters applied in Trimble Mobile Manager do not pass back to the receiver using this workflow and are ignored. To avoid confusion, Trimble recommends disabling GNSS output transformation parameters in Trimble Mobile Manager (using the Transformation Off setting) when using this connection method.
