Sign in to your account

Account administrators are invited by email to activate and manage your account in Trimble License Manager once your subscription or On Demand purchase is completed. The email is sent to the email address provided to your distributor at purchase. Only account administrators can manage who has access to purchased subscriptions or On Demand accounts.

To use the Trimble License Manager you will need a Trimble Identity account.

Click the Create Account link in the Welcome email you received inviting you create a Trimble Identity. The Trimble Identity Sign in screen opens in your browser.

To create a new account using your Google or Apple account, tap Sign in with Google to sign in with an existing Google account, or click Sign in with Apple to sign in with an existing Apple account. For more information, click the Learn more about Social Sign In link below the Sign in buttons.

To create a new account without using social sign in:

  1. Click Create an account
  2. Enter your First Name and Last Name and the Email address that the Trimble Identity Welcome email was sent to.
  3. Click Send Code. An email is sent from Trimble Identity containing a verification code.
  4. Copy the verification code from the email and paste it into the Verification Code field in your browser.
  5. Click Submit.
  6. In the New password field, enter the password you will use for your account. Re-enter the password in the Confirm password field.
  7. Click Submit.
  8. The Country, Time Zone, and Language fields are preselected based on your IP address. Modify the selections as required.
  9. To use a verification code received via SMS or via an authentication app such as Google Authenticator each time you sign in, select the Enable Multi-Factor Authentication check box.
  10. Click Submit.

Once the account has been created, click Sign in to sign into Trimble License Manager.

  1. In your browser, go to license-manager.trimble.com.

  2. Enter the email address you used when you set up your Trimble Identity.

    If you do not have a Trimble Identity, tap Create an account to create one.

  3. Enter your password.

    To see the characters you are entering into the Password field, tap .

    If you have forgotten your password, tap Forgot password?

  4. Click Sign in.

  5. If you have enabled Multi-Factor Authentication for your Trimble Identity account, you are prompted to enter the verification code that you have chosen to receive via SMS or via an authentication app such as Google Authenticator.

    6. When you sign in to Trimble License Manager, the Licenses tab is shown. See Licenses.

    Click in the top left of the screen to move to a different tab.
