Problem
Lost connection with POS.
Solution
- May be caused by overheating of the board stack. Make sure the new version of the board stack, with a better heat dissipation system, is installed.
- If a DMI is not used, disable it in LV POSView (Tools > Configuration > DMI Measurement > Do not use).
- Check that the input power within the 12 – 24 VDC range.
- Make sure switch fuse is 20 amps, not 10 amps.
