Problem

Lost connection with POS.

Solution

  • May be caused by overheating of the board stack. Make sure the new version of the board stack, with a better heat dissipation system, is installed.
  • If a DMI is not used, disable it in LV POSView (Tools > Configuration > DMI Measurement > Do not use).
  • Check that the input power within the 12 – 24 VDC range.
  • Make sure switch fuse is 20 amps, not 10 amps.
