USB device not recognized
Problem
When connecting the camera an error occurs:
USB Device not recognized
Solution
The LadyBug5 camera must be powered up in a particular sequence:
- Power up the laptop.
- Power up the MX2.
- Connect LadyBug5 USB to laptop (Wait for steady amber LED).
- Power up LadyBug5 with PSU.
- Check imagery in Capture Pro.
Problem Details
It was found that this error was seen on the CF-54 test Laptop and with a Getac B300 laptop. This points to the problem being with Renishaw’s specific test camera.
