Computer cannot detect connected MX9 SSD
Problem
Your computer (PC) cannot detect the connected MX9 SSD.
Solution
- Check that there is no drive letter conflict on the PC. If there is, open the disk management, scan new hardware and add hardware with a new drive letter.
- Check the SSD with both USB cables that were delivered with the system, to make sure it is not a cable problem.
Problem Details
Possible cable, disk or connection issues, especially if the disk is very old or has been extensively used.
