Planar images shifted along the trajectory
Problem
Planar images are shifted along the trajectory when compared to laser data, usually one second backwards or forwards.
Solution
It is rather a sporadic issue. Contact customer support with description of issue and it might be helpful to add mission files (.mxdb, .tridb, all sync files from camera folders).
Problem Details
This is due to a time synchronization issue. In the system log file you will see something like this:
