Sensor failure: unable to create mission

Problem

Unable to create mission because one of the sensors fails (does not pass check test).

Solution

Solution 1: Switch off the system, re-connect main cable and try to start the MX9 system again.

Solution 2: Analyze log file and/or try to identify problematic sensor by disabling sensor by sensor in Sensor Calibration window in Trimble Mobile Imaging.

If you find an issue with a camera and that camera is not mandatory for your project, you can disable it and finish the project. We recommend you contact Trimble Support in order to fix the problem.

Problem Details

One of the sensors does not pass the test during mission creation (due to a sensor issue or communication issue).
