NGS CORS download issue

Problem

In POSPac version 8.5 and earlier, the Find Base Stations tool fails to find any CORS base station. The status of any CORS or ALTCORS base is "File not found". The search will eventually fail, typically with the message "Cannot download more than 200 base files" or "Smart Select terminated because more than 200 files cannot be downloaded."
