Cannot talk to the license server

Problem

When trying to activate a POSPac software license, an error occurs:

Error[5]: Cannot talk to the license server on host "xxx". Server not running?? :LVSaddFeatureToFile

Solution

In the Services window, scroll down to Sentinel RMS License Manager and, depending on the option available, start or restart the service.

If Sentinel RMS License Manager is not listed, reinstall the POSPac Software License Utility.
