Unexpected error when starting POSPac
Problem
One of the following problems occurs:
- Unexpected error when starting POSPac MMS every time. After pressing OK, it seems to operate as normal. Uninstalling and reinstalling the software doesn’t help.
- Cannot import POS or base files.
Solution
This error is from the Date and Time formats setting on your computer. Please compare and configure the settings to the one attached:

Most importantly, the decimal limiter should be set to a period (or full stop) ".", not a comma ",".
Problem Details
Should not be the case with the newer POSPac version.
The Region and Language Format setting on the Windows operating system should be set to English (United States).
The problem might arise if a previous project was processed with a comma delimiter "," and then later (probably after a POSPac software-update) processed with a period "." as the delimiter.
