TBC export to TopoDOT is empty

Problem

Steps:

1. Select one or many run trajectories by clicking on them in the plan view.
2. Go to Export > MM > MX9 to TopoDOT and click Export.

Result:

• This warning appears: Continue to Export? Some scans have not been processed and will not be exported. To process scans prior to exporting, select Mobile Mapping > Processing > Generate Scans. Would you like to export without processing?
• The export finishes instantly.
• The output folder contains the folder structure containing empty .cal, .iprj and .lst files. None of the expected .las and .jpg files are present.

Solution

Select the run(s) or mission from the Project Explorer instead of selecting them from the Plan View.
