Cannot import file error during import

Problem

When importing a tridb file in Trimble Business Center, an error occurs:

(...).tridb. The TRIDB file could not be imported. An error occurred while loading the TRIDB mission.

Make sure that the folder containing the selected SBET contains all the files from the pospac proc folder. For example, if the error occurred while the folder contained only the SBET and the smrmsg.
Make sure that the POS_1 folder contains the raw and the realtime folders with their content.
Remove any NULL characters from any sync file (normally the end of the last sync file - may occur if TMI crashed before the end of the mission).

Some data files might be missing or corrupt.
