Min time later than scan end time

Problem

• When you load an MXDB, you see the mission (green line) but not the run trajectories.
• When generating scans, you get a Generate Mobile Mapping Scans warning saying: "Generate The last of selected run "(...)" ends later (...) than the end of the selected trajectory (...). This indicates that the trajectory may not be suitable for processing the selected runs. Would you like to start processing Mobile Mapping Scans?"
• After generating scans, you get an error saying: "Failed to compute Scan (...).rxp. Error code: Failure. A failure has occurred: [sdeError] Trajectory time stamps do not cover run Scan process parameter: Min time later than scan end time."

Solution

Run the MXDB Repair tool. Ask Imaging Support for the tool and instructions.

Problem Details

A rare bug in TMI 3.1.6 shifts the run DateTimeUtc values in the MXDB, so that there is a mismatch between the laser data timestamps and the MXDB. The MXDB Repair tool overwrites the values in the MXDB with those from the RXP files.
