Updated scans are not moved after registration

Problem

After registering scans and updating scans, the updated scans are not moved. Instead, they are at exactly the same location as the previous, non-registered scans.

Solution

Perform the registration and update scans using Trimble Business Center 5.40.

Problem Details

This is a rare issue that seems to be caused by a bug in TBC that can be reproduced with version 5.40.1 until at least version 5.51. This issue has been observed with only one dataset so far.
