Problems using a Windows 11 device

Problem

While connected to Trimble Mobile Imaging from a device running Windows 11, you may experience these problems:

  • No POS data is being received (no RMS, no satellites in the sky plot)
  • The Backup Data window fails to load completely. The missions are not displayed and the hourglass spins forever.

Solution

Connect from a device running Windows 10.

Problem Details

Observed on TMI 1.4.3, while connected via Ethernet.
