TMI Error 30200: Unable to connect to POS system

Problem

In Trimble Mobile Imaging the mission fails to start, and this message appears:

Unable to connect to POS system. Please restart the System. Module: POS_1 Msg Id: 30200

Solution

Make sure that the power source meets the power requirements for your system (for the MX9 this is 12-16V, for the MX7 this is 12-24V).

See your system user guide for the power requirements.

Problem Details

If the voltage provided to the system is too low, even for a very short period, this may cause some components to fail to initialize or to shut down unexpectedly.
