TMI fails to start when an SSD is connected
Problem
- You can connect to the WiFi, but when entering the TMI address in the browser, the website cannot be reached. It says ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED.
- When removing the SSD, TMI works normally.
- The Control Unit LED becomes red about 10 minutes after an SSD is inserted.
Solution
- Format the SSD as NTFS.
- If it still fails, try a different SSD.
- If it still fails, contact Imaging Support.
