TMI fails to start when an SSD is connected

Problem

  • You can connect to the WiFi, but when entering the TMI address in the browser, the website cannot be reached. It says ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED.
  • When removing the SSD, TMI works normally.
  • The Control Unit LED becomes red about 10 minutes after an SSD is inserted.

Solution

  1. Format the SSD as NTFS.
  2. If it still fails, try a different SSD.
  3. If it still fails, contact Imaging Support.
