Mobile Mapping view is empty
Problem
In the Mobile Mapping tab, when you click Open View and try to open a view from the map, no image loads.
Solution
Images must be available in the origin or processed folder. If images are not available, there may be a problem with the exported data. This problem happened with MX7 converter 1.3.11. Customers should use the TMX exporter instead, which is available in both Trimble Business Center and Trident eCognition.
An alternative solution for corrupted data exported using the MX7 converter s to use the Trident Trajectory corrector. Corrupted data occurs when the export process does not end but remains showing In progress.
Problem Details
MX7 converter has been discontinued and is no longer supported. Data exported using MX7 Converter 1.3.1.1 stores the whole path of the .jpg files in the panorama_file_name column of the panorama.csv. This prevents Trimble MX software from accessing the panorama1\original folder because it looks instead in the path referenced in the panorama_file_name column.
