QGIS Orbit plugin: Fatal error in launcher

Problem

During installation, you are asked to install additional resources (Python PIP) by running a (.bat) file. Installation fails and the error occurs:

Fatal error in launcher: Unable to create process using....

Solution

To install manually Python PIP manually on Windows:

1. Download the get-pip.py installer script. Save it to any safe location, such as your Downloads folder.
2. Open the Command Prompt and navigate to the get-pip.py file.
3. Run the following command: python get-pip.py

After that installing the QGIS Plugin should be successful.
