QGIS Orbit plugin: Server failed to respond error

Problem

When selecting a panorama in the map to open a view, the panorama view fails to open the image and the error occurs:

Server failed to respond.

Make sure that the images are in the original or processed folder. The link.ini file does not work with the QGIS plugin.
