Failed to log in because there is no session available
Problem
When logging in to a publication, login fails and the following error appears:
Error: Failed to login because there is no session available.
Solution
This error occurs if the maximum number of concurrent users is exceeded.
Problem Details
A unique user is the combination of hardware ID and user login. Using different user logins on the same computer will count for multiple concurrent users. A user will be released after 15 minutes of inactivity.
