The SBET could not be exported by POSPac MMs

Problem

You are using the Process Raw Trajectory Data tool with a POSPac MMS Command Line TBC Subscription (i.e. TBC is licensed with a subscription for the Mobile Mapping module). You press Compute, and get the following error: "The SBET could not be exported by POSPac MMs."

Solution

• Make sure you have a valid subscription and that a seat has been assigned to you. Go to https://license-manager.trimble.com/ to check.
• In TBC's license manager, make sure that the License type is set to "Subscription".
• If it still fails, then it could happen because of a bug detected with the TBC 5.81 installation. Follow the instructions provided in this support bulletin.
