Installation issues

If a component does not install correctly, the component is highlighted in red in the Install updates tab.

Close and then restart Trimble Installation Manager and try installing the component again.

If the problem persists:

  1. Tap About in the navigation bar.
  2. Make a note of the version number of the Trimble Installation Manager software installed and the ID of the device being used to run it.
  3. Tap the log file link.

    File Explorer opens, showing the folder where the Trimble Installation Manager log files are stored.

  4. Create a zip file containing all of the log files in the folder.
  5. Send the zip file, the Trimble Installation Manager version number and the device ID information to Trimble Support.
