  • Slew for Go when measuring your position relative to a string or when staking a station on a string.
  • Lift for V.Dist

Select the Use chainage distance terminology option to use the term Chainage instead of Station for the distance along the road or tunnel.

To use function keys on a tablet that has programmable keys

Select the Use function keys check box to be able to assign Trimble Access software functions to a function key on a tablet that does not have dedicated function keys, such as the Trimble T10 tablet.

The Trimble T10 tablet does not have dedicated function keys but you can use the Button Manager app installed on the tablet to set any of the three programmable buttons on the front of the tablet as function keys. For more information, refer to the Trimble T10 Tablet User Guide. If you are using a third-party tablet, check your tablet documentation for information on supported function keys and whether they are programmable.

For more information, see Favorite screens and functions.
