Subscriptions

The Subscribe tab shows all renewable subscriptions and On Demand services your organization has purchased in the Trimble Store. The tab has the following panels:

  • The Customers panel shows subscription customers you have added to the Virtual Warehouse.
  • The Subscriptions panel shows the subscriptions assigned to that customer, and provides buttons for adding and managing subscriptions.
  • The Stock panel shows subscriptions that are not yet assigned to customers.

Use the Virtual Warehouse to assign the appropriate subscription to customers. Depending on the subscription, these subscriptions can be purchased in yearly or monthly blocks.

Use the Virtual Warehouse to manage subscriptions for your customers. The following subscriptions are supported:

Monthly subscriptions:

  • Penmap for Android
  • GasOps
  • SiteVision

Yearly subscriptions:

  • AllTrak
  • L2P
  • TerraFlex
  • Clarity
  • GasOps
  • SiteVision
  • SmartRoads

  • Trimble Connect for Mixed Reality

Use the Virtual Warehouse to manage Trimble Catalyst On Demand services for your customers. On Demand services are purchased as blocks of hours that customers can assign to users in their organization using the Trimble License Manager.

On Demand services are simpler to manage than renewable subscriptions. To renew or extend On Demand services, simply purchase more 10-hour blocks and assign them to the customer.

Each Catalyst On Demand block is valid for 12 months from the date the block is assigned to the customer, after which any unused time will expire.

  • Use the Trimble Store to purchase subscriptions and, if required, hardware for use with the subscription.
  • Use the Virtual Warehouse to manage subscriptions for customers. Depending on the subscription, you can:
    • assign subscriptions to customers
    • resend the subscription activation email to the customer, if required
    • extend a subscription
    • transfer a subscription to a different Entitlement Administrator
    • cancel a subscription
