Hardware

To view the Hardware tab, click and select Hardware.

The Hardware tab shows the serial numbers of the controllers in your organization that have a perpetual license for the Trimble Access™ or Spectra Geospatial Origin software, and the status of the initial Software Maintenance Agreement or Trimble Protected Protection plan for that controller.

If the Hardware tab does not show all of the devices in your organization that you expect, contact your distributor and provide them with the serial number of each device and the email address of the License Administrator in your organization.

To extend the Software Maintenance Agreement, request a Trimble Protected Protection plan. See Managing Trimble Protected Protection plans.

For each device listed in the Hardware tab, a Trimble Connect Business subscription is available in the Connect Business product tile of the Licenses tab. Assign a Connect Business subscription to each team member who uses a controller that has a perpetual license for Trimble Access™ or Spectra Geospatial Origin, so that they can synchronize field data with the Trimble Connect cloud, without restriction.
