Users
To be able to assign people in your organization subscription licenses or to grant them access to an On Demand account, you must add them as a user in Trimble License Manager. Any user added to Trimble License Manager can be assigned to any product.
To view the Users tab, click 
and select Users.
The Users tab shows all users you have added to Trimble License Manager for this account. In this tab you can:

Edit user details
You can also add new users one at a time from the Licenses tab. Click 
in any product tile or to add a new user to an On Demand account, click ADD NAMED USERS and then select New User.
