Licensing for Terra Office
To use Trimble Terra Office, all users must have a subscription license assigned to them through Trimble License Manager.
Refer to the table below for the required Trimble Terra Office license. Contact your local Trimble Distributor for additional information or to purchase a subscription.

After purchase, the account administrator in your organization can use Trimble License Manager to activate the subscription and assign licenses to members of your team. For more information, go to the Trimble License Manager Help.
You will receive a notification email from the Trimble License Manager system when a license is assigned to you.
Before you can use Trimble Terra Office, you must read and accept the Terms of Service. The License Administrator must accept the Terms of Service at the time of license activation and the end user must accept the Terms of Service the first time you use Trimble Terra Office following installation.

When you first create a Trimble Identity, you are given a Trimble Connect Free license.
To create more than one Trimble Connect project or invite more than 5 users to your project, and have unlimited data storage for your Trimble Connect project, you must change your Trimble Connect Project to use the Terra Office license instead of the Trimble Connect Free license.
To change the license:

In your browser, open the Trimble Connect project folder by doing one of the following:

Go to https://web.connect.trimble.com/ and select your project from the Projects list.

In the Map Viewer, click next to the map workspace name at the top of the screen to view the Trimble Connect project folder.

In the menu on the left, select Settings / Project Details.

In the Project Ownership field, select the appropriate owner or your account name. You must have a Terra Office license assigned to your account to upgrade from the Trimble Connect Free license.
