Viewing accuracy results

The Accuracy panel displays the aggregated accuracy results for the current feature selection. The accuracy results are shown visually as a bar graph, and text below the graph indicates:

  • The number of features with better accuracy after processing using offline GNSS corrections.

  • The number of features that have positions outside the accuracy threshold set for the template.

You can use this accuracy information to decide the next step for managing features that do not meet the accuracy threshold set for the template. For example, you could:

  • Create ToDos so that the position of the features can be recollected. For more information, see Task-based data maintenance (ToDos).

  • View the location of the feature on the map to investigate why the position is not as accurate than expected. For example, the feature may be located under heavy tree canopy or close to large buildings.

  • View the attributes of the feature and decide whether the accuracy level is acceptable. An accuracy outside the accuracy threshold may be acceptable for a highly visible and easy to locate feature.
