Receiver settings
To view the configuration of the connected GNSS receiver, tap and hold on the receiver icon in the status bar.
The Receiver settings screen shows information about the type, firmware version, and capabilities of the connected receiver.
Use the softkeys at the bottom of the screen to configure additional settings.
To configure:
- a Bluetooth connection to the receiver, tap Bluetooth.
- GNSS eBubble options, tap eBubble. See GNSS eBubble options.
- the RTX satellites that are being used, tap RTX SV. See To view RTX status.
To configure Wi‑Fi settings for the receiver
To configure the Wi‑Fi settings in a receiver that is Wi‑Fi enabled:

Connect to the receiver but do not start a survey.

Tap
and select Instrument / Receiver settings and tap Wi‑Fi.If the Wi-Fi softkey is not shown, make sure you have not started a survey.
- Select the Mode. Three modes are supported:
- Off
- Access point: Use this mode to enable the receiver as an access point so that many clients can connect to it.
- Client: Use this mode to enable the receiver to connect to an existing network.
Enabling Access point or Client mode will shorten the run time of the receiver battery.

Configure the settings as required. Refer to the receiver manual for further details.
To use the receiver as a mobile Wi-Fi hotspot when the receiver is operating as an access point, select the Mobile hotspot check box. This option is only supported when the receiver is connected to the Internet using its internal modem and Route through controller is disabled in the GNSS contact.
- To update the receiver with the new settings, restart the receiver.
