Review job
- Tap and select Job data / Review job or tap and select Review job from the Favorites list.

Tap a record to select it or use the softkeys or arrow keys to navigate the database.
To move to the end of the database quickly, highlight the first record and press the up arrow key.
To search for a particular item, tap Search and select an option. You can search by current record type, or search for points by name, code or class. See Managing points with duplicate names.

To see more information about an item, tap the record. Some fields, for example, Code and Antenna height, can be edited.
If there are no coordinates shown, check the Coordinate view setting. To see grid coordinates in review, the Coordinate view must be set to grid, and the coordinate system settings for the job must define a projection and datum transformation.
In conventional surveys, an observation is displayed with null coordinates until the observation to the backsight is stored.
To view the point details alongside the map, select the point(s) in the map and then tap and hold in the map and select Review.

Select the media file record in the job or in the point record.
- Tap Details. The image appears.
- Tap Expand.

To change the Link to method and the name of any linked point, tap the Link softkey. See Media files.
To remove the link to the job or a point, select None. The media file remains in the project folder.
If the image is annotated with an information panel and you edit values defining the measured point for the image such as the code and descriptions, the information panel is not updated if you change the method and point name.

Tap the photo station record to view the Panorama screen.
When reviewing a panorama captured using a Trimble total station with Trimble VISION technology and with the HDR option enabled, the image first shown in the review screen is the image captured using the middle, or normal, exposure.
Panoramas that you delete in the Review job screen are permanently deleted.
- Select a record.
- Tap Note. The Note screen that appears displays the date and time that the current record was created.
- Enter the note and then tap Accept. The note is stored with the current record. In Review job, the note appears below the record with the note icon.
For points measured using a GNSS receiver with an integrated tilt sensor, Review Job shows the excess movement, excess tilt, or poor precision warnings given for the point. To view these, expand the point record and then expand the Quality control / QC1 records.
The following records are available:
- The Warnings section shows the warnings were given during the occupation when the point was being measured.

The Conditions at storage section shows the error conditions that were present at the time the point was stored.
The conditions at storage have a major impact on the measured coordinates of the point.
